Landscaping Starts with Understanding What You Want

You don’t need to know the names of every plant or have a finished plan before calling a landscaper. You just need an idea of what you’d like to improve.

At Schleig Landscaping, we take time to hear your ideas, look at your property, and help you understand the possibilities. Whether you’re considering new landscaping, a seasonal cleanup, or permanent landscape lighting, we want you to feel comfortable with the plan before the work begins.

Founded in 2024, Schleig Landscaping is based in Strasburg, Virginia. Our owner brings four years of industry experience and a hands-on approach to helping local property owners care for their outdoor spaces.

A Visit That Gives You Direction

When you meet with our owner, there’s time to talk through what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d like your yard to become.

We’ll discuss your priorities and explain our recommendations in everyday language. Ask questions, share your concerns, and tell us how much upkeep you’re comfortable handling. Those conversations help us recommend work that makes sense for you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are a senior couple who just moved to the area. After learning about Anthony from a neighbor, we have called on him several times helping us fix up our home after our move. He put together a large cabinet to perfection for our kitchen so not only does he do landscaping, but his knowledge is extensive about many things around the house. He is very punctual and has a wonderful personality. We will definitely call him again as we continue setting up our place.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Anthony responded to a recommendation I was searching for and was able to fit me in the same day! He was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice about taking care of the three trees I'd inherited on my property. The trees hadn't been maintained in a while and had been let to overgrow. I'll definitely be having him back to maintain them to keep them healthy and happy. Their names are now Lumpy (who is trying his best under the circumstances) and Cornelia Van Aborvitae who is almost as wide as she is tall.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you were my Mother/Father/Brother or Sister, I’d encourage you to contact Schleig Landscaping! The owner, Anthony Schleig, is not only professional, but he is honest, kind, knowledgeable, affordable and reliable! I’m not kidding! Anthony is amazing! Also, important to me, I felt safe around his crew. They were polite, hard workers and weren’t loud. Anthony considered my opinion during the entire project and was very responsive to my calls and texts. I definitely recommend contacting him for an estimate! Great guy, great local company and now I have a great looking home! (Flagstone Rock wall, landscaping, grading and gravel under deck)
